Some facts about the new costume sets:

1. 2 full costume sets and 2 pattern sets
2. Jester costume set
3. Enforcer costume set
4. Lock pattern set
5. Dagger pattern set
6. The Enforcer set is a completely new costume set; it is not the PPD hard Suit.

The mysterious Ouroboros organisation, a group of beings from the ends of time, is enlisting Heroes and Villains to rewrite the past. Now you are able to travel through time using the new Ouroboros System, which opens the gates to both new and existing content for players.

NCSoft buys CoX/NCSoft compra CoX

NCsoft® North America’s, executive producer and NorCal Studio general manager, Brian Clayton, discusses the acquisition of the intellectual property rights to City of Heroes® and City of Villains® and the formation of the new NCsoft NorCal Studio to support it. Brian has been on City of Heroes since the beginning, as the title’s original producer.
