Wrap up warm, this winter is set to be the coldest yet in Paragon City™ and the Rogue Isles™. Log into either City of Heroes or City of Villains between December 17th and January 6th* and you'll be rewarded with the Gifted badge and, of course, the Fuzzy Earmuffs costume piece... perfect for keeping that icy chill at bay!
You'll also receive the Holiday Spirit Temporary Power, which grants 48 hours of 25% Debt Protection. If that wasn't enough, you'll also get the Holiday Cheer Temporary Power - simply target another player and you will reward them with a Mystery Gift, it could be a Temporary Power, a sack full of Influence or Infamy, or maybe even a very recognisable festive hat.
